the hotel was fairly clean, luxurious, had very very helpful and best staff with professional management with old values. the restaurant was good for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. the bed and pillows were comfy and the bathroom was marble-lined.

Great location just off Portofino and Cinque Terra and a 10 minute walk to the city center, efficient check-in. Exceptional food in the restaurants such as Panificio Pinamonti, located 10 min away. Lovely room with a balcony, beautiful view plus an amazing ceiling. Had a chandelier.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, nonetheless everything was exceptional. The room was gorgeous with a balcony, and the breakfast was awesome and fantastic. The incredible and amazing location was very close to Cristoforo Colombo. Enjoyed main bar and its mixed drinks.

the view from my sea facing room at imperiale palace was simply spectacular. the sea water pool and beach area were top class, and the breakfast spread was superb. definitely worth the money!
Staff at the main restaurant need clearer protocols.

had a very nice stay here. greatly enjoyed the hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous and fairly clean, has fantastic location delicious on the sunny deck overlooking sea. the staff was very helpful and attentive, provided good services and helped with free parking.

The breathtaking views from our Seaview classic room on the fourth floor were absolutely stunning. The elegant and comfortable room had high-quality bedding and a lovely bathroom with luxurious Etro amenities. The hotel grounds, including the rocky beach with excellent lounge chairs, were charming and relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic, with a strong selection of cold cuts and cheese. I highly recommend this dreamy and glamorous hotel.
